It is already more than three weeks China is fighting with the widespread Wuhan Corona virus outbreak. Though the Chinese government has taken many steps to prevent the virus from spreading. Still, the whole world is pretty much terrorized. China declared an extended new year holiday to fight the situation.
As a result, the majority of the Chinese mills are still out of production. Even Apple declared a sharp fall in its sale prediction for this year. Transportation in many places is not active enough to maintain the supply chain. Certainly, this will affect the supply chain of the accessories for the latest released phones.
After the likes of Mi Band 4, we did not see any updated version from mi or any other brands. All expected the fit band manufacturers will come across with new featured smart bands early in this year. But because of the current situation, the release of the next version of smart bands could delay also.
The Chinese government has taken many more steps to prevent the corona virus outbreak. Goods intended for the western market will also face many strict control policies. Even the Apple Stores in China Closed for Uncertain Period.
Even the MWC Barcelona 2020 is affected this year. Many of the participating partners are not joining the biggest program for mobile manufacturing companies.
So, those who bought new phones and other mobile devices might need to wait for an uncertain period to get the desired accessories. Those who already got their desired accessories like casing, glass protector, etc for their new phones should feel lucky considering the present situation.
